Shipping policy

  • We ship to Canada and the continental United States.
  • Standard delivery: 7–12 business days after order confirmation.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $60 CAD. Orders under $60 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or weather events beyond our control.
  • Lost packages: contact us within 20 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate immediately.
